In accordance with the decision of Board of Directors meeting that was held on 10 June 2008; the land of total 77.327 square meters in Kartal, İstanbul, which is owned by Tecim Yapı Elemanları İnşaat Servis ve Yönetim Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Limited Şirketi was purchased and after completion of the land registry transactions, the ownership of the real estate passed to our company.
