The appraised value of the Sirkeci office building in Eminönü, İstanbul which was one of the real estates whose sales decision was disclosed to public with public disclosures dated 27.03.2008, is YTL 22.520.000 whereas the expertise value of Güneşli office building in Küçükçekmece, İstanbul is YTL 37.410.000. As a result of the mutual agreement came upon by the parties regarding purchase of both real estates, Sirkeci office building was purchased on 18.04.2008 over a value of YTL 22.500.000 whereas Güneşli office building was purchased on 28.04.2008 over a value of YTL 37.500.000. The information about the differences occurred between the appraised value and realized purchase value will be presented to the shareholders at the first ordinary general assembly meeting to be held.
