The payment amounting YTL 37.500.000 regarding purchase of Güneşli office building in Küçükçekmece, İstanbul, having an area of 13.120,86 m2, which was one of the real estates whose purchase decision disclosed to public with public disclosures of the Company dated 27.03.2008, was realized and after completion of the land registry transactions, the ownership of the real estate passed to our company.
