The payment amounting YTL 22.500.000 regarding purchase of Sirkeci Office Building in Eminönü, İstanbul, having an area of 590 m2, which was one of the real estates whose purchase decision disclosed to public with public disclosures of the Company dated 27.03.2008, was realized and after completion of the land registry transactions, the ownership of the real estate passed to our company.
