At the meeting of Board of Directors that was held on 11 March 2008 it was unanimously decided that: DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.(a member of Deloitte&Touche Tohmatsu), which was proposed by the Audit Committee as the company to fulfill İş GYO’s external independent audit regarding ‘1 January 2008/31 December 2008 accounting period, will be submitted to the General Assembly for approval. Authorization will be be given to the General Management for execution of the independent external auditing contract.
