In the meeting of Board of Directors dated 9th May, 2007;
In accordance with the election and task distribution which were held for the committee memberships whose term of office is completed by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26th March, 2007;
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Adnan Bali was unanimously elected as the Head of Corporate Governance Committee and our Board Member Kemal Şahin was unanimously elected as the Committee Member;
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Adnan Bali was unanimously elected as the Head of Risk Committee and our Board Member Kemal Şahin and General Manager Turgay Tanes were unanimously elected as the Committee Members;
Our Board Members Kemal Şahin and Turgut Sungur were unanimously elected as Members of Committee Responsible for Audit,
till the next Annual General Meeting.
