In the meeting of board of directors dated February 9th 2007, it was decided that;
according to the corporate governance principles issued by Capital market Board, in order to proceed our Company’s accordance with corporate governance principles and to submit suggestions to Board of directors, a Corporate Governance Committee would be established. Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr.Gürman Tevfik was unanimously elected as the head of the committee and Kemal Şahin was unanimously elected as a member.
