An application has been made to Capital Market Board in order to increase Company’s issued capital from 329.966.000 YTL to 450.000.000 YTL with a raise amount of 120.034.000 YTL bonus issue, in accordance with the decision taken in the meeting of Board of Directors dated April 11th, 2007.
The amount of YTL 103.535.700 of the raise (%31,37769) will be covered by shareholders’ equity inflation restatement differences and the amount of YTL 16.498.300 of the raise (%5) will be covered by 2006 period income.
