In the meeting of Board of Directors dated 7th May, 2007;
Turgut Sungur is unanimously elected as Board Member to serve till the next general meeting of shareholders, instead of Özgün Çınar who resigned from Board of Directors on 3th May, 2007 and Board Member Nejat Yalkut Ayözger is unanimously elected as Vice Chairman.
